PUBLIC NOTICE

The Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) requests proposals for the redesign of the agency website – mvrpc.org. MVRPC is seeking a vendor to redesign, reorganize, and reimagine mvrpc.org. The details of this invitation to propose are available at mvrpc.org/about/contract-solicitation.

Proposals will be received by the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission, 6 North Main Street, Suite 400, Dayton, Ohio 45402 or submitted electronically in PDF format, by e-mail to Laura Dent, Director of Marketing and Public Outreach, Ldent@mvrpc.org, until 4:00 p.m. EST on January 14, 2026.

Any questions from firms regarding this request for proposals must be received by MVRPC before 4:00 p.m. EST on December 19, 2025. Questions must be received before the noted deadline, either at the address above or via e-mail to Ldent@mvrpc.org. Answers to questions received will be posted on December 23, 2025, at mvrpc.org/about/contract-solicitation.
